According to the article shared by @ CryptoLawUS, several other large and medium-sized investors decided to support Ripple in suing the SEC.

Philip Goldstein and ICAN (Internet, the promoter of investor selection) are going to file a friendly statement to the court.

Goldstein is the founder of Bulldog Investors. The private investment fund is mainly invested in closed-end funds, small and medium-sized stock operators and SPAC.

ICAN is a non-profit legal company that assists investors and businessmen who are not symbolic enough according to the expanded market access system.

The document revealed that Goldstein had previously filed a lawsuit with the United States Securities and Exchange Association. Both he and ICAN mean the interests of investors, especially Ripple and securities regulators. It means that Goldstein and the SEC have already prepared the introduction of the "Home" case for submission.

According to this document, Philip Goldstein believes that the Securities and Exchange Association of America "focuses on extending its rights beyond the scope of legal provisions"

According to the document submitted, many parties urged the people's court to allow the defendant's summary ruling resolution.

The purpose of a new "Home" briefing is to accurately focus on why the efforts made by the Securities and Exchange Federation of America to obtain control over digital currencies and other digital currencies are "unable and unauthorized to perform control"

The SEC boycotted the friendly briefing of other enterprises supporting Ripple

Previously, it was reported that the US securities regulatory authority required Judge Torres to make a decision to boycott TapJets Co., Ltd. and I-Remit Inc. from submitting their home briefing, in order to support Ripple's simple ruling resolution. Even so, they allowed it to do so.

In the resolution letter, both enterprises described the necessity of XRP and business processes. Headquartered in Thailand, I-Remit relies on Ripple and ODL (including XRP) to complete seamless splicing and cheap trading.

TapJets pays attention that XRP is particularly important for the business operation model, because it allows rapid ordering of aircraft flights throughout the day.

In December 2020, the American Securities Exchange Federation filed a lawsuit against Ripple Labs and two senior executives, Brad Garlinghouse and Christopher Larsen, claiming that the senior executives and the enterprise have been selling XRP as unregistered securities. Recently, Brad Garlinghouse indicated that he estimated that the case would be handled in the second half of the next year.
