Web3 and DAOs subtly influence the evolving DAO

In 2021, with the big fire of blockchain, meta-universe and other concepts, another derived noun - DAO has also attracted widespread attention. The development of DAO has undergone many changes. While the concept of decentralization has been deeply rooted in people's hearts, the organizational model of DAO has been adopted by many organizations and institutions. Through the way of community collective governance, the development of organizations and institutions has been promoted. At the same time, DAO also presents a diversified development, with a large number of projects and applications in the fields of venture capital, media, funding, collection and so on.

Daos have been around for a long time and are not related to Web3 in any order. Daos take different forms at different stages. Early we can use the "poly is a fire, is scattered all over the sky star" to popular understanding, an example of this can be used to all corners of the globe's volunteers to interpret, most of them are for a purpose, by the spirit of faith or to lead the behavior of many independent, the democracy consciousness generally formed in the mode of operation, but also need a certain people or organizations involved.

You can't have complete decentralization. However, with the rise of the Internet and the rise of entrepreneurship, the management of companies began to be bottom-up, encouraging employees to participate in the co-governance in the form of ownership. However, at this time, the autonomy of all employees could not be established, and their work content was still owned and supervised by the boss.

Can today's DAO qualify as a more advanced DAO? Yes and no, but it does give a fuller picture of decentralization, autonomy, and organization. The basic hosting Web3 requirements of a fully open source and autonomous class of systems.

Supported by smart contracts, they are able to automatically build around their mission, coordinate and collaborate through a set of shared rules enforced by blockchain smart contracts, allowing any member to make decisions and participate in governance. More specifically, DAOs are organizational forms that are enabled by technology. Behind the goal will be a system of strictly enforced rules that are completely immune to the will of shareholders or individuals, set with a high degree of transparency, global, full voting decisions, and rules that cannot be tampered with.

What exactly will the DAO do for Web3?

Compared with Web2, Web3 requires a more open and open network system, in 2017, the industry will be billed as the value of the Internet, until today, the concept of the title too many, but the ultimate goal is around the user, return the value to the user.

Democracy, this is the most basic DAO. For a project, it first needs to establish clear operation rules, in the whole process of operation, to ensure the fair participation of participants, without exception.

As we all know, in the context of the overall prosperity of the Internet, one Internet giant after another emerges. The bigger the cake, the more interests of users are involved, and the more rights of users are deprived. In a centralized organization, users generate data, but do not own the data. Big companies use user data to create wave after wave of profits, but also reduce users' trust in the platform again and again. Under the public complaints, the DAO organization was born. Under the condition of decentralization, the data value was returned to the users and the people's hearts were gained.

The DAOs in the circle

The DAO at this stage is not as expected last year, it seems to be a little "cool", whether it can become a hot spot in 2022 still needs time to see. Even so, it does not affect the industry in the "hot sector" position. Nearly $10 billion in market capitalization has been formed in this sector.

The work of DAO is very simple. As an open economy, it does not require you to adhere to the nine-to-five working hours. All contributions are made by your own time and willingness. Whether you're involved or not, DAO must be an important building block for Web3, and it's gaining momentum at the moment.

We toil away, and the capitalists are rewarded with little reward. In traditional corporate systems, contributions are too subjective, and the fruits of your labor don't belong to you. While you work day after day on things that you may not like, individual human value is infinitely diminished in the ever-improving corporate machinery.

The emergence of DAOs gives us the freedom to assemble and form a DAOs organization that automatically allocates your earnings according to your contribution to the DAO based on interest only. The larger your contribution, the more you earn.

The DAO organization does not belong to anyone, even the founder of the DAO organization, who cannot make outstanding contributions to the DAO and will not gain wealth. In the DAO, all of them are anonymous, and the other party does not know who you are. Your education background, experience and resume will become unimportant, and the only important thing is your contribution to the DAO.

And if the DAO organization loses its original ideal, you can always leave the DAO, with all your wealth, to find the next ideal DAO.
